Stuffed Dahi Vada

Stuffed Dahi Vada is an exceptionally famous Indian formula, where vadas produced using lentil and loaded down with dry natural products are broiled in oil and enveloped by hot curd and brightened with sprinkling salt, stew powder, chaat masala and tamarind sauce. Heating powder – ½ tsp 


Ginger – 1 piece little 


Cumin – ½ tsp 


Oil to profound fry vadas 


For making fiery water 


Water 1 liter 


Salt – ½ tsp 


Red stew powder – ½ tsp 


For stuffing 


Ground carrot – 1 tbsp 


Pomegranate – 1 tbsp 


Raisins – 1 tbsp 


Cashew – 1 tbsp(roughly hacked) 


Chaat masala – ¼ tsp 


For Curd 


Curd – 2 cups (thick) 


Cumin powder – ½ tsp 


Red stew powder – 1/4 tsp 


Chaat masala – ¼ tsp 


For embellishing 


Dark salt – 1/4tsp 


Mint powder – ¼ tsp 


Dark salt 


Cumin powder 


Red stew powder 


Salt 


Chaat masal 


Tamarind sauce (imli ki chutni) - ¼ sup 


Wash the lentil appropriately and absorb it over night water. 


Channel its water and add it to your processor with cumin, ginger and asafoetida.
